Grady-White Boats announced that Brenda Wilson has been promoted to director of manufacturing and human resources.

A 39-year Grady-White veteran, Wilson started her tenure in final finishing and worked her way through various other departments, including quality control, industrial engineering and purchasing. Before her latest appointment, Wilson was human resources manager.

“Brenda’s extensive experience will further develop people and processes that will continue to enhance our ability to build the highest quality boats and achieve our future goals while helping all team members realize their full potential at work and in life,” executive vice president Jonathon Burns said in a statement.

Based in Greenville, N.C., Grady-White builds 28 models of outboard fishing boats from 18 to 45 feet.
