
HanseYachts AG this morning in a statement announced changes to its executive board.
Sven Göbel, who for the last 10 years has served as spokesperson of the executive board and chief operating and chief financial officer of the company, will step down July 10.
Hanjo Runde, CEO and chairman of the executive board of HanseYachts, said in the statement, “On behalf of the entire management of HanseYachts AG, we thank Sven Göbel for 10 years of full commitment, with numerous challenges and many successes.”
Jan Brockmöller will take over as chief financial officer of the company on June 1, the statement said.
His career experiences include various management positions at Shell and Siemens. He has served as chief financial officer and managing director of the Buss Group since January 2020.
“HanseYachts AG has defined its strategic goals for the coming years. The realignment on the executive board will help us achieve our goal of profitable growth in the coming years in a currently very positive market,” added Runde in the statement.
The Hanse organization also includes Dehler Yachts, Moody Yachts, Privilege Catamarans, Fjord Yachts, Sealine Yachts and Ryck Yachts boat brands.
