Robust demand in the marine, recreational vehicle and aftermarket segments led manufacturer Lippert Components to a record 2021 fourth quarter with net sales of $1.2 billion (up 55 percent year over year) and record net income of $82.3 million (up 69 percent year over year).

The company also reported record net sales of $4.5 billion for fiscal year 2021, a 60 percent year-over-year increase.

“Despite significant challenges faced, specifically involving labor, freight and supply chains, our teams came through to deliver a record achievement of $4.5 billion in revenues in 2021,” LCI Industries president and CEO Jason Lippert said in a statement. “This performance is the direct result of the dedication of our team members who worked tirelessly to overcome these headwinds by leveraging our automation and continuous improvement initiatives.”

The company also posted record net income of $287 million, an 82 percent year-over-year increase, and the return of $87.2 million to shareholders through payment of dividends.

Lippert owns such brands as Lewmar, Taylor Made, SureShade and Furrion, and is a leading supplier of furniture for the pontoon segment.
