With the Miami International Boat Show and the Miami Yacht show concluding today, here are some of the boats that debuted this weekend.
- Hatteras GT65 Carolina This next-generation sportfish includes features that have come to define the semicustom GT line, including a 40-plus-knot top end, as well as a hull design that the the North Carolina builder said improves seaworthiness and handling.
- Sirena 58 Coupe Designed for the U.S. market, this model is identical to the Turkish builder’s 58-footer, minus the flybridge. Twin Caterpillar engines from 650 to 850 hp each power the boat.
- Palm Beach GT60 The GT60 shares DNA from the builder’s GT and PB series. Hull No. 1 of the two-stateroom, carbon fiber yacht has a galley-down layout and twin 1,000-hp Volvo Penta IPS D13s.
- Azimut 47 Verve The second model in the Italian builder’s Verve line is powered with quad Mercury Racing 450-hp outboards.
- Invictus GT370 Making its U.S. debut in Miami, the GT370 is available with Volvo Penta sterndrives or outboards, the latter aimed at the American market.
- Sabre 58 Salon Express The largest of the Salon Express series has a cherry interior and teak-and-holly soles throughout. Twin 725-hp Volvo Penta IPS drives provide a 26-knot cruise speed and a 31-knot top end.
