Nautor’s Swan said it named Olivier Decamps as sales director for the Asia-Pacific region.
Decamps is originally from Belgium, but he has lived in Hong Kong since 2004, working as a broker and competing as a racer.
“His extended experience in Asia Pacific, together with his professionalism in this industry, is exactly what we were looking for,” Nautor’s Swan sales and customer care director Sebastiano Fanizza said in a statement.
Nautor’s Swan said it recently launched the new Swan 95S, Lot 99, and Hull No. 1 of the new Swan 78 was finishing in lamination. The new Swan 65 was announced at Boot Dusseldorf 2017 and has been sold. Production will soon start, and it will be delivered in 2019.
The company also said 20 of the ClubSwan 50 have been sold. Swan yachts competed in Sail Racing PalmaVela and will compete in a one-design event called The Nations Trophy in Palma de Mallorca from Oct. 11-14.
