North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper visited Regulator Marine in Edenton, N.C., to see the progress of the builder’s 55,000-square-foot factory expansion and to discuss small business and jobs growth in eastern North Carolina.
Cooper toured the site, which is scheduled for completion in 2019, and met with Regulator’s 200-plus employees on the factory floor.
