Patrick Industries has added Indiana-based Williamsburg Marine LLC and Williamsburg Furniture, a manufacturer of marine and motorized RV seating.
Terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.

Williamsburg’s aggregate trailing 12-months revenue through October 2021 was about $41 million. Similar to previous acquisitions, Patrick will operate Williamsburg as a stand-alone business in its existing facilities.
