OneWater Marine said it was named the sole U.S. distributor for Sunseeker Yachts. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter.
The company said in a statement that the agreement is part of the planned growth of the new OneWater Yacht Group, whose formation was announced last month.
Under the agreement, OneWater Yacht Group, which already represents Sunseeker in most East Coast markets, will expand into other regions.
“This agreement, combined with our recent acquisition of Roscioli Yachting Center … unifies and expands our yacht sales and services offerings,” OneWater CEO Austin Singleton said in the statement. “We believe this provides a springboard for further growth, as we continue to expand our portfolio of premium brands and extend our reach in the luxury yacht market.”
