U.K.-based Sunseeker announced a restructuring that may result in the loss of 200 jobs across support, leadership and management teams.
According to reporting in Bournemouth One, a British news source, Sunseeker’s chief executive Andrea Frabetti said the decision had not been taken lightly and that the builder would begin the required 45-day consultation involving affected staff and their representatives. In the reporting, Frabetti cited a “softening of global demand” for the moves.
Sunseeker employs about 2,000 people at its Poole and Portland sites.
