Tecnorib continues to expand its line of rigid-hull inflatables with the Pirelli 1900, which will be introduced at the Sept. 12-17 Cannes Yachting Festival.
Measuring 60.7 feet long with a 16.4-foot beam, the new model is the flagship of the Tecnorib series.
The boat also represents a milestone in the renewed collaboration between Tecnorib and Pirelli, for which the Lombardy-based company has been the licensee for more than 10 years.
Designed by the Mannerfelt Design Team, which is known for efficient stepped hulls, the Pirelli 1900 is built with resin infusion and a full carbon-fiber hardtop. Power is provided by two 800-hp MAN 16 diesels with Top System transmissions and surface-piercing drives and propellers.
The top speed is estimated at more than 50 mph, and the boat is equipped with a joystick and automatic trim system.
The hardtop extends aft to provide cover for the cockpit; sun worshipers could find the bow lounge inviting. Belowdecks, the Pirelli 1900 has two cabins, a pair of heads and a central living area that includes the galley with a dinette that can be converted to an additional berth.
The owner’s stateroom in the bow has a double berth and the aft cabin to port is laid out across the stern.
