World Cat announced in a statement the promotion of Vann Knight to chief operating officer and Andrea Woolard to chief financial officer.
The North Carolina-based power cat builder is headquartered in Tarboro and has an additional production facility in Greenville.
Knight, who has served as World Cat vice president of operations for the past three years, will oversee manufacturing, purchasing and product development.
“Vann has done a fantastic job helping our Tarboro team achieve 99 percent of capacity in 2021, and we feel this new role allows our team to see the same long-term results in Greenville with the three new models being introduced in 2022,” World Cat president Andrew Brown said in the statement.
Woolard was promoted to chief financial officer after serving two years as director of financial operations. Her responsibilities include finance, human resources and quality control.
“Andrea is a natural leader and team-builder who will utilize her 20 years of manufacturing experience to expand our strong family culture in Greenville,” Brown said
