MIAMI — Canada-based BRP is in the process of making its Rotax jet propulsion technology available to additional U.S. boatbuilders.
BRP said it signed a multiyear sponsorship.
BRP announced an Evinrude E-TEC “Choose More, Save More” boat show sales event.
BRP said its fiscal third-quarter revenue increased 10 percent from the same quarter last year.
BRP added 19 new Evinrude dealers and four boatbuilders in North America during its third quarter. The company attributed the growth to strong interest in
BRP said it intends to invest $118 million in its Valcourt, Quebec, manufacturing activities within the next five years.
BRP’s Evinrude E-TEC engines will be rigged on Sea Pro Boats’ seven new models in the mid-tier center console saltwater fishing boat market for 2016.
BRP is calling its new Intelligent Shift and Throttle option on Rotax jet propulsion system engines a game-changer.
The 2016 Sea-Doo line will be launched at 10:30 p.m. EDT on Sept. 18.
