U.S. Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., is partnering with the Rhode Island Marine Trades Association and the Rhode Island Manufacturing Association to host a composites roundtable on April 14 at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I.
The groups are asking participants to RSVP for the event, called “Beyond Boat Building: Expanding Rhode Island’s Composite Cluster,” by today.
The event, which starts at 8 a.m., will feature speakers from the American Composites Manufacturing Association, Maine Composites Alliance, Hall Spars, Clear Carbon & Components and the International Yacht Restoration School.
