Fisheries Supply Co. honored Davis Instruments’ Snap Tool Multi-Key as the 2016 grand prize winner at its third annual InNEWvation Award show.
The California-based company’s innovative tool also won in the maintenance category.
The Snap Tool Multi-Key is a hardened stainless steel boating and outdoor tool. Aside from its shackle and two deck plate keys, it features a button snapper and unsnapper, and a zipper pull.
It has slotted and Phillips head screwdrivers, four hex wrenches, a scraper, a cutting blade and a bottle opener.
Started in 1928 to sell goods to local fishermen and canneries, Seattle-based Fisheries Supply is now the largest marine distributor in the Pacific Northwest.
