Fortress Anchors announced that Dylan Hallerberg, grandson of company founder Don Hallerberg, bought the company. He purchased Fortress from his father, D’Milo Hallerberg, with a coinvestment from general manager Rigo Rogue.
Established in 1986, Fortress manufactures 17 anchor models under the Fortress and Guardian brands.
“It’s an honor and privilege to be able to follow in my father’s and grandfather’s footsteps to lead an outstanding group of people producing and supporting what I truly believe are the best anchors available,” Dylan Hallerberg said in a statement.
