PHOTOS COURTESY IMTRAAccessories manufacturer Imtra has added to its management team with a new hire and a promotion. Carissa Deschler is the company’s first human resources director, and Larry Lake was promoted to vice president of operations and appointed to the senior leadership team.
Lake, who has been with the company nearly 30 years, is responsible for growth in areas that include customer service, production, shipping and receiving, technical support, and warranty coverage.
“Larry has had a tremendous impact on Imtra in terms of his work and our company culture,” president and CEO Eric Braitmeyer said in a statement. “He’s a natural leader and a thoughtful and caring professional who balances the needs of the organization, our customers and our people very adeptly.”
Deschler joins Imtra with a background in human resources, most recently with Amazon.
“She feels like a natural fit for Imtra and our culture, and will be a valuable resource for our staff,” Braitmeyer said in the statement.
