Navico Holding AS, parent company of the Lowrance, Simrad and B&G brands, said it resolved a dispute with Raymarine through a license to Navico’s patented DownScan sonar technologies.
Raymarine and Navico mutually agreed to dismiss all patent litigation and disputes between them, Navico said in a statement.
The terms of the patent license and resolution are confidential.
