The models include the debut of the Sea Ray Sundancer 550, the Sundancer 320 and the SLX 400. Other new Sea Ray models to be on display include the Sundancer 350 Coupe and the SLX-W 230.
MarineMax is the nation’s largest recreational boat and yacht retailer.
“Sea Ray has done an excellent job with maximizing the premium amenities, state-of-the-art technology and performance with their exciting additions to their lineup. As for the new Sea Ray SLX-W wakesurfing boat, its wave-shaping performance gives a huge shot of adrenaline for the tow-sports enthusiasts out there,” MarineMax chief revenue officer Chuck Cashman said in a statement.
MarineMax’s Aquila will host a world premiere event to introduce the Aquila 36 Power Catamaran on Friday at 11 a.m. at the Miami International Boat Show on Virginia Key.
“The Aquila 36 has been designed and built to represent the pinnacle of versatility. The ideal balance of social space for entertaining, water-sports capabilities and cruising in style,” said Lex Raas, MarineMax’s president of charter and special initiatives.
“The all-new Aquila 36 shares the genetics of the well-established Aquila brand. The Aquila 38, 44 and 48 are renown for blending the best attributes for cruising and entertaining, and like its siblings, the Aquila 36 is a power catamaran that maximizes liveaboard space perfect for socializing and voyaging.”
Grady-White will display the new-for-2017 Fisherman 236. MarineMax said it offers best-in-class comfort features while offering a high degree of fishing capability.
At Yachts Miami Beach on Collins Avenue, MarineMax will represent yachts from Sea Ray, Ocean Alexander, Azimut, Galeon, Hatteras and the Aquila power catamarans (Aquila 44 and Aquila 48). Ocean Alexander’s 120-foot megayacht tri-deck will make its production world premiere at Yachts Miami Beach.
During the Miami International Boat Show, MarineMax will be found in the booths of Sea Ray, Boston Whaler, Grady-White, Scout and Aquila (Aquila 36), in water and on land.
“The entire MarineMax team pulls all the stops to present our entire lineup of the most celebrated brands in the industry,” Cashman said. “We are confident that our customers will be overwhelmed by the staggering amount of innovation and quality that our brands bring to the boating community. See you at the show.”
