On Monday, September 28, 2020, Soundings Trade Only presented the 2020 Leadership Summit. The summit featured two outstanding business leaders (See below) and included a mixed format of interview, panel, speech and Q&A.

  • Kim Coupounas serves as global ambassador for B Lab, a nonprofit organization that drives a global movement of people using business as a force for good. Coupounas is also the co-chair of the B Global Climate Task Force, co-leader of the B Corp Climate Collective, and co-founder and executive circle member of WeTheCharge. She is the former co-founder and CEO of one of the earliest B Corps, GoLite, a manufacturer of innovative and responsibly-made apparel and equipment for the outdoor industry. She was chairman of the board of directors of the Outdoor Industry Association from 2000-2008, and founding board chair of their OIA Political Action Committee, and a member of their Sustainability Working Group Executive Committee, Advisory Council. Coupounas has a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School.
  • Amber Selking, PhD received a master’s degree in Sport & Performance Psychology from the University of Denver, and her PhD in Applied Sport & Performance Psychology from the University of Missouri. Dr. Selking founded the Selking Performance Group, where their mission is to help individuals, sports teams, and business organizations unleash performance excellence by tapping into the power of Mindset and Leadership. She speaks with organizations around the world on these topics, and serves as the mental performance consultant to Head Coach Brian Kelly and the Notre Dame Football team. She has also served as an adjunct professor in the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame. Amber joined Lippert Components, Inc. in 2018, a publicly-traded, global manufacturing company headquartered in Elkhart, IN where she serves as the Vice President of Leadership & Culture Development.
