The Coast Guard Foundation is accepting applications for its 2021 scholarship campaign, the organization announced. Scholarships of $1,000 to $5,000 to fund undergraduate education are available to children of Coast Guard members (active, reserve and retired).
During the last five years, the Coast Guard Foundation has awarded more than $400,000 in scholarships. In the program’s three decades, the foundation has paid out $6 million to more than 1,250 college-age students.

“The brave men and women of the Coast Guard community in the past year, as every year, have demonstrated a commitment and resolve in serving their community that few can duplicate,” said Susan Ludwig, president of the Coast Guard Foundation. “We are proud to continue our support of them and their families through our scholarship program.”
