Maretron has named Joseph Wynn sales manager for North America and South America. He will be responsible for overseeing the execution and supervision of sales operations and identifying new markets for the Maretron, MPower and OctoPlex brands.

“Joe brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our marine technology group and brands, from which our customers will greatly benefit,” Scott Johnson, global sales manager for Maretron parent Littelfuse, said in a statement.

Wynn was promoted from his position as applications engineer at Maretron. He has 17 years of experience in marine manufacturing, including 12 in electrical design for OEM manufacturers.

“I will have a hard time letting go of electrical design; however, moving to a sales management role shall help our customers by combining sales, applications and engineers,” Wynn said. “Maretron plans to build a greater team of supporting professionals, with applications tailoring as the front of our sales force. This will help customers to know they will have good experiences when buying Maretron.”
