The Association of Marina Industries annual members meeting will be 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Jan. 26 in the Fort Lauderdale Convention Center, Floridian Ballroom C.
The meeting takes place at the 2009 International Marina & Boatyard Conference.
The following nominations for the 2009 board of directors and officers will be considered and voted upon at the annual members meeting:
President and chairman: Jim Frye, CMM Westrec Marinas; vice chairman: Cris McSparen, CMM Skipper Marine Development; treasurer: Marshall Nowlin, CMM Bayport Marina; and secretary Mick Bettesworth, CMM Marina Developments Limited.
New directors, up for three-year terms are: Keith Knowlton, CMM Carters Cove Marina; and Michelle Shrider, CMM Washburn Marina. Also up for consideration is the reappointment of current directors Marshall Nowlin, CMM Bayport Marina; and Steve Ryder, Bellingham Marine.
