Florida Bow Thrusters is seeking a motivated and organized Marine Parts & Service Coordinator to join our team. This position combines customer service, technical support, parts sales, and service coordination in a fast-paced marine environment. The role is primarily office and warehouse based, with occasional travel to boat shows throughout the year.

Responsibilities

  • Process parts inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
  • Help customers identify the correct replacement parts.
  • Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate service appointments and work orders.
  • Process warranty claims and product returns.
  • Monitor inventory, assist with parts procurement, and support shipping and receiving.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Maintain accurate service, warranty, inventory, and customer records.
  • Support customers, dealers, and service partners.
  • Attend occasional boat shows and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn technical marine products.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the marine industry.
  • Knowledge of marine electrical systems and/or bow thruster systems.
  • Marine parts sales or service experience.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct or other ERP/inventory management software.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary: $45,000 per year (compensation commensurate with experience)
