The Northwest Marine Trade Association announced the program for its Marina & Boatyard Conference to be held Oct. 6-8 in La Conner, Wash. Designed to inspire, educate and connect, the program includes meetings with industry leaders and innovators.
Speakers include:
- Jake Beattie, CEO, Northwest Maritime Center
- Dan Berlin, principal scientist, Anchor QEA
- Chris Dolan, vice president of sales and design, Marina Electrical Equipment
- Patrick Gallagher, executive director, Marine Exchange of Puget Sound
- Dena Horton, Pacific Northwest Waterways Association
- Paul Sorensen, BST Associates
- Delmas Whittaker, chief operating officer, Maritime Division, Port of Seattle
New this year, a Swinomish Channel and Padilla Bay boat tour Oct. 8 is included with registration, NMTA said in a press release.
Attendees should register by Sept. 1 for an early rate of $400, NMTA said.
