TeamNavX, a talent acquisition and leadership-development firm serving the marine industry, announced that Chris Belair has joined the company as vice president of recruiting and development and Aly Kolberg has been named head of talent acquisition.

Belair will help TeamNavX identify proven leaders, develop talent and build customized training and leadership-development solutions for marine dealers and industry partners. Belair brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, finance, dealership operations, training and executive leadership.
Kolberg, who has played an important role in TeamNavX’s growth and client success, will lead the company’s recruiting strategy, candidate identification and search execution as Head of Talent Acquisition. Kolberg brings more than a decade of recruiting experience across multiple industries.
