Italian shipyard Antonini Navi appointed Denison Yachting its exclusive representative throughout North America, the companies announced yesterday. Under the agreement, Denison will represent Antonini Navi’s full-custom projects and select models under development, giving North American owners, brokers and industry professionals direct access to the yard through a dedicated local team.
“We are delighted to welcome Denison Yachting as part of our global commercial network,” Simone Antonini, founder and CEO of Antonini Navi, said in a press release. “Their reputation, market knowledge and long-standing relationships within the American yachting community make them the ideal partner to support our long-term ambitions.”
Through the partnership with Denison, the shipyard will place a “particular focus on four projects”: Seamore 34, the yard’s first full-custom superyacht, delivered earlier this year; Evo 31, a semicustom platform scheduled for launch soon; Lounge 40, currently under construction; and XPD95, a 30-meter explorer yacht that has been sold and is approaching keel laying.
