Bavaria Yachts has announced that Norbert Leifeld will join Bavaria Yachts as chief operating officer effective April 1. As the second managing director, he will also join the management board with Marc Diening, chairman and CEO.
Leifeld will be responsible for product development and operations. He’s worked in the automotive, yacht and recreational vehicle industries for 15 years and has experience in project management and product and organizational development.
“Norbert Leifeld has had a very successful relationship with Bavaria Yachts and the yachting industry for many years … We are very pleased to welcome [him] on board Bavaria Yachts,” Bavaria Yachts CEO and chairman of the Management Board Marc Diening said in a statement.
