The 23rd WoodenBoat Show, produced and designed by WoodenBoat magazine, will take place June 27-29 in Mystic, Conn.
Advance tickets are available until June 23 at noon online and will be available at the gate after that.
The Skills Demonstration schedule has been finalized, with demonstrations that will include “something old, something new” each day, with techniques ranging from the Iron Age to current boatbuilding methods.
Interlux Yacht Finishes will present the “I Built it Myself” exhibit.
Mahogany Heartthrobs will be the featured exhibitor with the company’s 2013 model double-cockpit mahogany runabout. The boat is powered by a Mercury 3-liter TKS engine with an Alpha I sterndrive. It’s planked with mahogany salvaged from the last remaining stock of the Higgins Boat Building Shop, which was laid up to plank PT boats during World War II.
Exhibit space is still available.
