Registration for the International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference is now open. Owned and produced by the National Marine Manufacturers Association and RAI Amsterdam, the show is scheduled for Oct. 3-5 at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Fla.

Organizers expect more than 680 exhibitors throughout three halls, as well as docks and outdoor displays, according to a statement. The first- and second-floor exhibit halls will showcase products and services for newcomers to the show, including a Sustainable Technology Pavilion. The third floor will have specialty pavilions for composites, compliance, standards and education, and electronics. International pavilions will include Italian, French and Australian exhibitors.

New products entered in the Innovation Awards program will be on display in a dedicated area on the second floor.

“Technology is advancing so quickly, and there is no better place than IBEX for all marine professionals to see what’s new and what’s next for the boating industry,” show director Anne Dunbar said in the statement. “Our exhibitors are eager to display their latest and greatest innovations.”

The IBEX Education Conference will include a free session called the Carbon Conundrum featuring naval architects, propulsion engineers, boatbuilders and others to discuss a low-carbon future.
