The Dutch government announced a relaxation of Covid measures in the Netherlands, including the elimination of social distancing requirements, as Metstrade approaches. The show is scheduled for Nov. 16-18 at RAI Amsterdam.
Also, beginning Sept. 22, fully vaccinated travelers coming from high-risk areas will be exempt from mandatory quarantine, show organizers reported. “The Metstrade team welcomes the announcements made by the Dutch government,” show director Niels Klarenbeek said.

The followings measures apply to all events in the Netherlands as of Sept. 25:
• The EU Digital Covid Certificate is used to gain entry. This means a person is either fully vaccinated, has a valid negative Covid test result or valid proof of recovery.
• A health check (triage questionnaire) is performed to gain entry.
• At locations or fringe events where fixed seating applies, the full visitor capacity is allowed.
• Events lasting more than one day are allowed, provided the DCC is checked daily.
