TrawlerFest, the signature event of PassageMaker magazine, returns to Baltimore’s Inner Harbor Sept. 29-Oct. 3, with seminars to be held nearby at the Courtyard Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor and the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites. The in-water show will showcase dozens of new coastal and long-range cruising boats — power and sail — with a revamped seminar series that includes such topics as maintaining a powerboat (with master mechanic Steve Zimmerman), foul-weather navigation, weather tips, offshore cruising preparations, and how to choose the right boat for your cruising needs.
