Tavistock Development Company, owner of Pier Sixty-Six Marina, has added slips and dockage for vessels up to 400 feet long on the north and south sides of the 17 Street Causeway in Fort Lauderdale. The property now has 157 slips, representing a 24-percent increase, and 5,000 feet of linear dockage, a 67-percent increase.
The city of Miami and a development team comprising RCI Marine Group and Suntex Marinas have won a key circuit court ruling.
The full service facility will be known as Port 32 Tampa.
