OneWater Marine purchased the Huntsville, Ala.-based P&A provider for around $185 million.

The online marketplace for marine parts, accessories and electronics posted $25 million in sales over the last year.

Expected to close later this year, the acquisition further expands OneWater’s presence in Florida.
