Although it posted a net loss, the acquisition of Nautical Ventures marked a turning point for the company.

Revenue was $552.2 million, with same-store sales increasing 2.3%.

Profits fell, and overall outboard sales remained about the same as last year, though there was an uptick in the U.S.
