The French conglomerate made several announcements at the Cannes Yachting Festival, with notable updates across a handful of its brands.
As part of the conglomerate’s realignment, the Groupe has inked an agreement with Italian yard Solaris to purchase the bluewater sailing brand.
Delphia, acquired by the Groupe in 2018, will now be led by Martin Schemkes.
Revenues were down 15.1 percent for the 16-month period that ended Dec. 31. A full report is due next month.
