Terms of the sale were not disclosed, and the transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of BRP’s fiscal year 2019.
The canceled supply agreement between the two companies had been extended two years.
The company is scaling up to 100 workers in Plano, its first and only U.S. office.
BRP said it is making a long term strategic play in forming its Marine Group with the Alumacraft acquisition, rather than making purchases simply for economic benefit.
