Bayport Yachts in Newport Beach, Calif., is leasing space to customers who are trying to sell their boats.
“Our customers are thrilled that we offer a place for them to display their boat while it’s for sale,” president J.R. Means said in a statement.
“Selling opportunities are increased, as the boat is displayed in a professional setting, plus they save money while it is being showcased,” he added. “Potential buyers are also able to view many boats all at once. It’s truly a winning situation for everyone involved.”
A professional sales staff is available seven days a week to show boats to prospective customers.
