West Marine announced the launch of a new PortSupply.com.
Founded in 1978, shortly after West Marine began operating, Port Supply is the company’s wholesale division, which serves the needs of boat dealers, builders, marinas and yards, charter boat businesses and institutional and governmental agencies.
The e-commerce portal serves West Marine’s 40,000 Port Supply business-to-business wholesale accounts in the United States and internationally.
“PortSupply.com is now significantly faster and easier to navigate, but it also includes several important new functionality features,” West Marine vice president for Port Supply Kevin Osborn said in a statement. “For our customers, the new portsupply.com means less time spent procuring products and more time focused on growing the profitably of their businesses.”
