Integrated Dealer Systems announced the formation of IDS Marine, a new division dedicated exclusively to the boating industry. IDS Marine will focus on tailored solutions for dealer management software applications, and strategies for dealers and other marine businesses.
“The launch of IDS Marine comes at a critical time when dealers are seeking more from their DMS partner,” general manager Marc Hertert said in a statement. “They need a partner solely focused on the unique needs of marine dealerships, one that offers exceptional customer service along with unrivaled accounting and reporting capabilities.”
IDS Marine plans to offer purpose-built solutions, customer-first service and a dealer-driven approach, according to the statement.
Integrated Dealer Systems is a provider of DMS solutions within the recreation industry.
