Sunreef Yachts and Brabus, a German high-performance automotive aftermarket tuning company, this week announced a partnership to develop a line of power catamarans based on the Sunreef Ultima 55.
“Partnering with Brabus allows us to explore a new, entirely unique level of bespoke elegance for our catamarans,” Sunreef founder and president Francis Lapp said in a statement. “By combining our experience in designing luxurious, custom-built multihulls with Brabus’ unmistakable signature style, we are creating products that will redefine luxury on the water.”
The announcement was made during the Monaco Yacht Show earlier this week, and the line is expected to launch in 2025.
“We’re excited to be expanding our portfolio into the world of high-end luxury catamarans together with Sunreef Yachts,” Brabus CEO Constantin Buschmann said in the statement. “To us, it’s all about setting new standards, about challenging our know-how and our design DNA with a brand-new range of luxury products defined by what both brands do best.”
