“Alex has a firm grasp of the business. He’s very customer-centric in his approach, and his leadership style is very collaborative,” Peter Kavanaugh, who becomes CEO and chairman, said in a statement.
Based in Mattapoisett, Mass., Brownell produces a variety of products, including boat stands, handling dollies, shop equipment, staging ladders and trailer components.
