PHOTO COURTESY BENNINGTON The latest class of graduates in the Bennington Leadership Program yesterday was announced by the pontoon-boat manufacturer. Since the company started its internal training in March last year, 72 employees have completed the course, including 32 in July.
“Providing valuable growth and learning opportunities to our employees is a core value for us, and through this program, we are strengthening as a whole,” Michael Shedivy, general manager, Bennington Marine, said in a statement. “We’re extremely proud of our leaders who have just graduated, as well as those who will be graduating soon. All of us are excited to see out team take their training and apply it to their careers and the future of Bennington.”
The leadership program lasts 27 weeks and is made up of four training categories. The program’s goal is to expand employees’ capacity to grow leadership skills.
