Fastboats.com Sales Company, which does business as FB Marine Group, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection amid declining revenue and disputed lawsuit claims, according to a Yahoo Finance report.
The Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based debtor filed its petition Aug. 5 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, listing more than $1.7 million in assets and about $2.6 million in liabilities, Yahoo Finance reported, citing court documents.
Yahoo Finance reported that the company’s gross revenue declined from more than $18.4 million in 2024 to around $15 million in 2025, and it had earned more than $10.5 million in 2026 through the petition date. Its largest unsecured creditors include individuals owed sums ranging from about $77,000 to $400,000 tied to disputed lawsuit claims and judgments, according to the report, which noted the debtor did not give a specific reason for the filing and that a company spokesperson was not immediately available for comment.
FB Marine Group operates Florida retail locations in Fort Lauderdale, Miami Beach and West Palm Beach, selling new and preowned boats.
