Ferretti Group returned to growth in the third quarter, with revenue up 13.6% and order intake up 6.6%, the Italian builder said Oct. 27. The company credited strong momentum at the European boat shows for the rebound after a challenging first half. For the first nine months of 2026, net revenue reached €888.6 million (about $1.03 billion), up 0.2% year-over-year.

Order intake for the nine-month period was €664.9 million ($739 million), down 13.8% from a year earlier but improving from the 26.9% decline recorded in the first half. In the third quarter alone, order intake rose to €323.6 million ($360 million) from €303.6 million ($337 million). Net profit for the nine months was €49.9 million ($55 million), down from €61 million ($68 million) a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA margin slipped to 14.7% from 16%.

Ferretti Group, whose brands include Ferretti, Riva, Pershing, Itama, Wally, Custom Line and CRN, said the quarter reflected both a commercial recovery and persistent headwinds. The company pointed to geopolitical uncertainty and longer customer decision-making cycles.

“The third quarter demonstrated the strength of our brands, our products and our people. Following a challenging first half, order intake returned to growth, and revenues improved, reinforcing our confidence in our 2026 revenue guidance,” CEO Stassi Anastassov said in a press release. “But growth alone is not enough. Our profitability remains below the level Ferretti Group can and should deliver. We are therefore revising our margin guidance and implementing a concrete performance improvement plan.”

Ferretti confirmed its full-year revenue guidance of €1.2 billion to €1.24 billion ($1.33 billion to $1.55 billion) but revised adjusted EBITDA to a range of €174 million to €185 million ($193 million to $205 million). Anastassov said the company is taking targeted action in three areas where performance must improve: the Americas, the Middle East and the superyacht business — each with a dedicated program.
