Florida Bow Thrusters announced the addition of a new staff member and two promotions.

Brandon Wollard was named director of sales and marketing, a newly created position. Ian Dils was promoted to director of sales and operations, and Mike Haberlan was promoted to sales manager for Vetus Marine FBT’s parts division.

“We have exciting plans for the future of the Florida Bow Thrusters brand, which includes Ian, Mike and Brandon playing pivotal roles in getting us where we want to go,” FBT president Carter Gillikin said in a statement. “We are fortunate to have them on our team and are looking forward to them developing into their new roles as we prepare for the upcoming Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.”

Wollard will be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies with a focus on relationship-building and business development. He previously worked for 17 years as a technical sales manager with Vetus, Glendinning, Seakeeper and Fin-Nor.

Dils’ responsibilities include processing all sales, managing installation teams and monitoring customer satisfaction. He has been with Florida Bow Thrusters for seven years.

For the past five years, Haberlan has worked in sales, technical support and customer service.
