Mercury Marine was named one of America’s Best-In-State Employers for 2026 in Wisconsin. The recognition, presented annually by Forbes in partnership with Statista, highlights companies that employees rate highly across such categories as workplace environment, culture, career development, pay, working conditions and overall reputation.

This year’s rankings drew on survey responses from more than 245,000 U.S. workers at organizations with at least 500 employees, combined with public perception data to identify top employers in each state.

According to a press release, Mercury is Brunswick Corp.’s largest manufacturing operation in Wisconsin. The company employs thousands of people across engineering, manufacturing, technology and a variety of business roles.

“Being recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best-In-State Employers is an honor that reinforces the culture we’ve worked hard to build,” Mercury president John Buelow said in the release. He credited the company’s team members for the recognition, saying their dedication drives both customer service and industry innovation.
