Land ‘N’ Sea Distributing confirmed that several shows its fall calendar will go forward as in-person events, the company said in a statement.
National sales vice president Ken Ferleger said Land ‘N’ Sea would proceed with caution to assure that the shows are successful and safe, following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention requirements, as well as local regulations.
“We have missed the in-person experience from our trade shows. Nothing can replace the interaction between the vendor, dealer and sales reps,” Ferleger said. “We are expecting a host of dealerships that have never attended a physical show before.”
In addition, the company announced that a robust “online virtual presence” will continue to be a component of business.
“The virtual show last year was very successful and allowed us to target a broader geographical footprint of dealerships,” Ferleger said. “[It] is a resource of unlimited show and product information providing another option and convenience to the dealer.”
The schedule of events includes:
• Las Vegas Marine and RV Dealer Show, Las Vegas, Oct. 14-15
• Ohio Marine Dealer Show, Sandusky, Ohio, Oct. 28-29
• Online Virtual Event, Nov. 4-5
• Connecticut Marine and RV Dealer Show, Uncasville, Conn., Nov. 18-19
