Lippert Components yesterday announced that it promoted Harcourt Schutz to senior director of aftermarket marine sales.
“Harcourt is strongly revered throughout the marine industry in the OEM and aftermarket sectors and will provide the outstanding leadership needed to continue to drive innovative new products for our brands while providing even greater service to our customers now and in the future,” Lippert’s senior vice president of aftermarket Mark Boessler said in a statement.
Schutz will oversee aftermarket sales functions for brands including Lewmar, SureShade and Taylor Made, the company said. Lippert provides engineered components to OEMs in the marine, RV, automotive, commercial vehicle, building products and transportation segments.
Schutz brings more than 20 years of experience in the marine industry in the U.S. and U.K. His most recent role was senior director of sales with Lewmar Aftermarket where he was responsible for seeking new retail and wholesale distribution opportunities.
