Lippert Components appointed Lillian D. Etzkorn executive vice president and chief financial officer. She takes over for Brian Hall, who is retiring but will stay on board in an advisory role. Etzkorn assumes her new position April 17.
“Lillian has had an esteemed career, solidifying her financial acumen and industrial and manufacturing expertise,” Lippert board chair Tracy D. Graham said in a statement. “In her past roles, she has demonstrated her ability to create positive change and produce results, efficiently aligning internal teams to enhance profitability and cash generation.”
Prior to joining Lippert, Etzkorn was CFO at Covia, which operates in the mining and mineral industry. She also has held senior positions at publicly traded automotive companies, including Dana Holding Corp. and Ford Motor Co.
