MarineMax yesterday announced the promotion of Brent Wiczek to district president for Minnesota and Jeremy Wiczek to general manager of MarineMax Nisswa and Crosslake.
Brent Wiczek joined his family business, Nisswa Marine, in 1998 and played a key role in growing the company before assuming ownership with his brother Jeremy in 2012. MarineMax acquired Nisswa in 2021. Wiczek also played a role in the acquisition of C&C Boat Works, now operating as MarineMax Crosslake.
Jeremy Wiczek began his career in boating in 1996, working alongside his father in the family business. He has been instrumental in elevating sales performance and team culture at the Nisswa and Crosslake dealerships.
